Are you taking bookings on plan? When is L’Orangerie set to open?

We are currently accepting bookings on plan for 2025 and 2026! We are set to finish construction by mid October of 2024, with foundation and landscaping being completed in September of 2024. We are happy to offer tours of the grounds and build site. The grand opening is set for October 2024.

What comes with the venue rental?

L’Orangerie is a raw space, so most of what you will need for your wedding will be provided by you. This means you can truly personalize your wedding as well as your budget. There is a small barn across from the greenhouse that can be used as an indoor bar or as a cooking area for your caterer. We have two 10 foot bars that can be used indoors or outdoors as you prefer. The small barn has electricity and water and the Greenhouse has electricity. We also have a small number of decor items should you wish to use them. There is not a restroom at the greenhouse so a trailer restroom must be rented. We are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors to make the wedding planning process as simple as possible.

Is a wedding planner required?

Yes, we do require a wedding planner or at least a day of coordinator. Because this is a raw space we truly feel it will become unmanageable without a professional handling the logistics. We have an in house planner and we are also happy to recommend a few in the area.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! We love dogs and are happy to have them, provided they are picked up after. Excessive droppings or any damage caused by pets will incur a fee.

How late can I play music?

Music must be turned off by 11 pm, we want to be respectful of our neighbors!

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, we are lucky to have two hotels that are a 3 minute walk from the venue! We are happy to provide you with a list of nearby lodgings. Additionally with our Full weekend rental package you have access to the farmhouse which has 4 bedrooms.

Is there parking?

Yes, we having parking for up to 100 cars

How many guests are permitted?

We allow up to 200 guests. The greenhouse can have up to 107 for a seated meal, and 200 for a ceremony. The gravel area can have up to 200 guests with seats and tables.

What are the restrictions on decorations, like candles?

We allow candles, we do not allow glitter or rice, basically anything that will make it difficult for staff to clean up after the wedding.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted outside, all cigarette butts must be cleaned up, excessive cigarette butts may incur a fee.

Are there restrictions on which vendors I can use?

No! We want you to be able to select whichever vendors you wish, that being said they must have insurance. We are happy to provide a list of our preferred vendors.
