This package is for the “day of” only and does not include access to the farmhouse located on the property. Guests who book this package may have their ceremony and reception at any location they choose, dependent on the size of the guest list.

Rate: $10,000

This package includes the rental of the 4 bedroom farmhouse located on the property for 2 nights and access to the venue grounds from Friday morning through Sunday evening. If you would like to host a Friday night rehearsal dinner or a Sunday brunch we are happy to accommodate you for an additional fee.

Rate: $15,000

This package is for events other than weddings and pricing will be determine based on the number of guests and the duration of the event. Events range from baby showers to photo shoots, please contact us for more information.
